Easiest Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until warm, not hot. Combine egg, vanilla and chips in a blender.

    Do not blend until cream is added.

    When cream is warm, add to blender and mix on high for 30 to 45 seconds.

    Pour mixture into dessert cups and chill. Makes approximately 4 (1/4 cup) servings.
