  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 container Sour Cream (8 0z)
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

Directions

    Combine beef, sour cream, diced onion, salt and pepper.

    Place in a loaf pan (or shape into loaf in a pyrex dish) and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard together to make the topping.

    Spread evenly over the top of meatloaf for the last half hour of cooking.
