Easiest Pasta Con Broccoli

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid nondairy creamer
  • 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 lb. large pasta shells, cooked and drained

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Melt butter in baking dish in oven. Remove.

    Stir in garlic, creamer, soup, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and seasonings.

    Stir to combine.

    Gently stir in broccoli and pasta. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top.

    Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
