- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. liquid nondairy creamer
- 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 lb. large pasta shells, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Melt butter in baking dish in oven. Remove.

3Stir in garlic, creamer, soup, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and seasonings.

4Stir to combine.

5Gently stir in broccoli and pasta. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top.

6Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
