  • 2 lbs easy peel large shrimp, unpeeled, thawed if frozen and rinsed
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
  • 1 quart water

Directions

    Bring water and beer to a boil.

    Add shrimp, cover and immediately remove from heat.

    Leave lid on for 7 minutes, drain shrimp and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.

    Serve cold.
