- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 6 1/8 ounces Stork packet
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 7 7/8 tablespoons currants
- 1 yolk medium egg
- silver balls
- 1 strip cherry
Directions

1Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F or gas mark 4).

2Then sieve the flour into a bowl, add the Stork, and rub together into a fine breadcrumby mixture.

3Stir in the sugar and beaten egg yolk, and knead into a smooth dough.

4Roll out the dough and cut into bunny shapes.

5Pop a couple of currants or decorative silver balls in for their eyes and strips of cherry or a few currants for their mouths and noses.

6Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.

7Sprinkle with caster sugar and leave to cool.
