- 1 pkg. warm roll mix
- 3/4 c. very warm water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 3-5 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 yeast packet
Directions

1Dissolve yeast packet in 3/4 c. warm water in a large bowl.

2Stir in sugar and egg.

3Add in roll mix.

4Mix well.

5Cover.

6Let rise in hot place for 40 min.

7Knead dough on lightly floured surface till smooth.

8Shape half of dough to look like a bunny.

9The other half, shape as bunny's ears.

10Bake on greased baking sheet for 35 min at 375 degrees.

11When cold blend confectioners' sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in small bowl.

12Decorate bread as desired.
