- 2 doz. eggs, beaten well
- 2 qt. milk
- salt
Directions

1Beat eggs and place in top of double boiler.

2Bring water to a boil. Add milk to egg mixture. Salt to taste. Cook until eggs and milk form a curdled look and only fluid from milk and egg mixture is left.

3Remove from heat and place in a pillow case.

4Allow to drain for about 10 minutes, then squeeze the fluid out and form into a football shape.

5Squeeze this every 20 minutes to insure that no loose liquid stays in the egg mixture.

6When cool, remove from pillow case and store in refrigerator with paper towel as wrapping.

7Makes a football size loaf.
