- 4 to 6 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or more to suit your taste
Directions

1Drain pickled beets.

2Grind up beets with food grinder.

3Stir together beets and horseradish.

4Store in refrigerator in covered container.

5Best if made a day or two ahead.

6Peel and slice Easter eggs.
