  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage

Directions

    Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.

    Slice sausage and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes (until no longer pink).

    Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
