  • 2 lb. frozen loaves, thawed
  • 1/2 lb. Prosciutto
  • 1/2 lb. Parma Capicolla
  • 1/2 lb. hot salami or pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 form fresh cheese (Lamagna)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Roll out each loaf of bread to fit into oblong greased cake pan.

    Layer meats, cheeses and hard-boiled egg slices.

    Place other dough on top and seal well along edges.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from oven and brush with beaten egg.
  6. 6
    Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer at 300°.

    Remove and let set at least one hour before cutting.
