- 2 lb. frozen loaves, thawed
- 1/2 lb. Prosciutto
- 1/2 lb. Parma Capicolla
- 1/2 lb. hot salami or pepperoni
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 form fresh cheese (Lamagna)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
-
1Roll out each loaf of bread to fit into oblong greased cake pan.

2Layer meats, cheeses and hard-boiled egg slices.

3Place other dough on top and seal well along edges.

4Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

5Remove from oven and brush with beaten egg.

6Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer at 300°.

7Remove and let set at least one hour before cutting.
