- 2 lb. (16 to 20 count) shrimp
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- white pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 c. dry sherry
- 1 whole egg, well beaten
- corn meal, flour and half and half
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except shrimp and flour.

2Dip each peeled and deveined shrimp in egg mixture, then in corn flour, then in egg and then in corn flour (double coating).

3Drop in deep fat and fry until golden brown.

4Do not overcook!!!!
