- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 beef eye round roast (2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked, drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix steak sauce, mushrooms with liquid and garlic powder until well blended.

3Place roast in 13x9-inch baking pan.

4Top with the steak sauce mixture; cover tightly with foil.

5Bake 2 hours.

6Remove roast from pan onto heated platter; cover to keep warm.

7Pour mushroom mixture from pan into medium saucepan.

8Mix cornstarch and water; add to saucepan.

9Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to boil, stirring frequently.

10Remove saucepan from heat; cover to keep warm.

11Slice roast.

12Serve with the mushroom sauce and noodles.
