- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 pkg. yeast
Directions

1In bowl mix the boiling water, sugar, margarine, salt and egg. In a separate glass bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Mix the contents of both bowls together and add 3 1/2 cups flour. Stir well with wooden spoon until well mixed.

2Put in plastic bowl.

3Cover with wax paper and a cloth.

4Put in refrigerator overnight.

5Next day, take out and make into rolls.

6Cover and let dough rise about 2 hours or until very light.

7Brush with melted butter and bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
