  • 200 grams Anko (tsubu-an)
  • 50 grams Vegetable oil
  • 100 grams Cake flour

    Use a rubber spatula to combine the anko with vegetable oil, then add the flour and mix to an even consistency.

    Use your hands to form them into your desired shape and size.

    It's okay if cracks appear along the edge.

    Using about 15 g for each, you can make over 20 cookies.
