- 200 grams Anko (tsubu-an)
- 50 grams Vegetable oil
- 100 grams Cake flour
Directions

1Use a rubber spatula to combine the anko with vegetable oil, then add the flour and mix to an even consistency.

2Use your hands to form them into your desired shape and size.

3I roll them into little balls...

4Then I press them flat with the pad of my thumb.

5It's okay if cracks appear along the edge.

6Using about 15 g for each, you can make over 20 cookies.

7Arrange on a baking sheet, then bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170C.
