  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.

    Place a layer of apples in a greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle 1/2 the sugar and cinnamon mix over the apples; cover with the remaining apples and then the other half of the sugar and cinnamon mix.
