Easy Apple Dumplings

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 4 apples, chopped after peeling
  • 1 7-Up (10 oz.)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions

    Roll out biscuits.

    Place apples in center.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Fold and pinch dough to seal edges.

    Place in Pyrex dish.

    Place remaining chopped apples, if any, around dumplings.

    Bring 7-Up, margarine and sugar to a boil until melted and pour over dumplings.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or just until browned well and apples are tender.
