  • 7 ounces, weight White Beans
  • 5 sprigs Parsley
  • 6 Chives
  • 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • Good Olive Oil, To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper

    The night before, soak the beans in a water bowl.

    The next day, rince the beans and cook them in a pan, approximately 20 minutes. Check if they have the right consistency. Drain them.

    Finely chop parsley and chives. In a bowl, mix the beans, aromatics (fresh herbs), onion, and spices. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl.

    Season with olive oil, salt and pepper, if needed.
