- 5 sprigs Parsley
- 6 Chives
- 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- Good Olive Oil, To Taste
- Salt And Pepper

1The night before, soak the beans in a water bowl.

2The next day, rince the beans and cook them in a pan, approximately 20 minutes. Check if they have the right consistency. Drain them.

3Finely chop parsley and chives. In a bowl, mix the beans, aromatics (fresh herbs), onion, and spices. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl.

4Season with olive oil, salt and pepper, if needed.
