Easy Apple Flan

- 5 apples
- 125 g butter
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 125 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degree.

2Grease a pie or flan dish.

3Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

4Remove saucepan from heat.

5In a bowl, beat eggs together with caster sugar.

6Stir in melted butter, mix well.

7Sift in flour, a little at a time.

8Mix well.

9Add vanilla essence and salt.

10Set mixture aside.

11Peel apples, remove cores and pips and cut them into thin slices.

12Pour a little of mixture into dish.

13Arrange sliced apples on the dish then cover with the rest of the mixture.

14Bake apple flan for 45 to 60 minutes.
