  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 Granny Smith apples (1-1/2 lb.), peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 8 square shortbread cookies, crushed (about 2/3 cup)
  • 8 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
