Easy Artichoke Hearts

- 1 large (16 to 20 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs, lightly browned in butter
Directions

1Chop artichoke hearts coarsely.

2Mix mayonnaise, cheese and artichokes.

3Pam spray casserole dish.

4Put mixture in dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes uncovered until heated through.

6Great with Triscuits crackers.
