Easy As Pie Cake

Directions

   Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand or on low speed if using a mixer.

   Pour into a prepared bundt or tube pan (greased and floured). (Typically, I use a bundt pan sprayed with cooking/baking spray then sprinkle a light layer of sugar into the pan. This gives the cake a light sugary coating.)

   Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes then invert onto your cake stand.

   *If you prefer, dust the cake with powdered sugar, and put pieces of fruit in the middle and around the outside edge of the cake.
