- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cut up
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
Directions

1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

2Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.

3Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4Stir in cheddar.

5Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.

6Place on lightly floured surface; knead 8 to 10 times or until smooth.

7Pat out dough into 6-inch square.

8Cut into 9 squares; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.

9Bake 10 to 12 min.

10or until golden brown.

11Serve warm with cream cheese spread.
