  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling

Directions

    Combine sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and vanilla in a mixing bowl.

    Blend ingredients together.

    Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

    Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Chill before serving.

    Top with favorite topping.
