  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped topping (optional)
  • fruit topping (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Set aside 1 cup of dry cake mix.

    Stir together remaining dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil.

    (Mixture will be crumbly.)

    Press crust mixture lightly into bottom and three-quarters of the way up the sides of a greased pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch or spring-loaded round).
