  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker crust (6 oz.)

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.

    Add eggs and mix until blended.

    Pour into crust and bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with topping of your choice. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.
