  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 lb pitted chopped dates
  • 14 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • confectioners' sugar

Directions

    melt together the butter, brown sugar, dates and coconut.

    cook 6 minutes over medium heat.

    stir in the pecans and the Rice Krispies.

    cool and shape into balls and roll in the confectioners sugar.
