- 2 lb. haddock fillets
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
- lemon wedges
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Arrange fish in ungreased baking dish. Spread mayonnaise evenly over fish.

3Sprinkle bread crumbs over mayonnaise.

4Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes very easily with fork and is opaque in center, 25 to 30 minutes.

5Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
