  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package knorr fiesta sides - mexican rice
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce leaves shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato chopped

    SEASON ground beef with salt, if desired, and brown in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain if desired.

    ADD 1 3/4 cup water and Knorr(R) Fiesta SidesTM - Mexican Rice and cook covered according to package directions.

    ARRANGE rice mixture on serving platter, then top with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Serve, if desired, topped with your favorite taco toppings such as guacamole, sliced olives, sliced pickled jalapeno peppers and/or sour cream.
