  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed
  • 6 whole White Mushrooms
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • Garlic Powder, To Taste
  • Red Pepper Powder, To Taste

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

    2. Wash all of your veggies and dice them into similar sized pieces.

    3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    4. Place the veggies on the sheet. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper powder and garlic powder to the veggies.

    5. Toss to coat evenly.

    6. Spread the veggies out on the baking sheet so they are not on top of one another.

    7. Bake for 20 minutes.

    8. Take pan out of oven, let veggies cool for a minute or two and enjoy!
