Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
- 12 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 10 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 12 cup grated cheese
Directions

1In large skillet over medium hear, brown ground bee, onion and green pepper; drain.

2Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic and salt.

3Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring often.

4Heat overn to 375F Blace biscuits into ungreased muffin cups.

5Press and mold each biscuit in center to cover bottom and sides of muffin cup.

6Place 1/4 cup barbecue mixture into each cup.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 375F for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.

9Cool 5 minutes, remove from muffin cups.
