- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 None onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans
- 1 (13.5 oz) can kidney beans
- 1/2 cup tomato and chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 8 None taco shells
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook onions and garlic for 3-4 mins. Add beans and chili sauce. Bring to a boil then add lemon juice and parsley. Season.

3Meanwhile, bake taco shells for 4-5 mins then fill with bean mixture. Serve.
