  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 None onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup tomato and chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 8 None taco shells

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook onions and garlic for 3-4 mins. Add beans and chili sauce. Bring to a boil then add lemon juice and parsley. Season.

    Meanwhile, bake taco shells for 4-5 mins then fill with bean mixture. Serve.
