- 1 stick margarine
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions

1Begin by melting the margarine over medium heat.

2Once the margarine has melted, add in the flour; mix until all lumps disappear.

3Follow up by adding the water, a little bit at a time, and continuously stir.

4Add in the garlic salt, basil, and parsley. Mix it all together.

5Remove it from the stove and add the sauce over pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, etc...
