  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

    Begin by melting the margarine over medium heat.

    Once the margarine has melted, add in the flour; mix until all lumps disappear.

    Follow up by adding the water, a little bit at a time, and continuously stir.

    Add in the garlic salt, basil, and parsley. Mix it all together.

    Remove it from the stove and add the sauce over pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, etc...
