- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 4 to 5 lb. brisket, trimmed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Put all ingredients in bottom of foil lined pan.

3Close foil tightly and bake for 2 or 3 hours or until brisket is tender.

4Let set for 10 minutes, then slice and eat.
