Easy Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 10 lbs beef brisket (I use two five pound briskets)
Directions

1Combine the first seven ingredients and pour over the brisket. Allow to marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

2When ready to bake, place the beef brisket in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it.

3Cover the pan with a lid or foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for 4 hours or until tender.

4Transfer the beef to a cutting board and slice against the grain. Pour some of the liquid back onto the meat to keep it moist. Save the juice to pour on any leftovers.
