  • 2 lb. or less beef stew meat
  • 6 carrots, sliced or cut up
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix together and pour over top 1/2 can tomato juice.

    Seal casserole tightly with heavy foil.

    Bake in 250° oven for 4 hours. Can be cooked in a crock-pot also.
