Easy Beef Stew

  • 1 to 3 lb. stew beef
  • 3 or 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (more if you like)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup (Campbell's)
  • seasoning (to your taste)

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients, in a baking dish with lid.

    Mix tomato soup and water.

    Pour over ingredients and cover.

    Put in a 325° oven and bake

    for 3 hours or until done.
