- 1 to 3 lb. stew beef
- 3 or 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (more if you like)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup (Campbell's)
- seasoning (to your taste)
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients, in a baking dish with lid.

2Mix tomato soup and water.

3Pour over ingredients and cover.

4Put in a 325° oven and bake

5for 3 hours or until done.
