  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef roast, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can sliced or chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. medium or wide noodles

Directions

    Mix beef pieces, soup and drained mushrooms together in a crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 10 hours.

    Stir in sour cream to taste before serving over cooked egg noodles.
