- 4 frozen patty shells
- 4 (6 oz.) pieces beef tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. red wine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
Directions

1Thaw patty shells.

2Brown meat on both sides.

3Set aside. Melt butter in skillet.

4Add wine.

5Saute onion and mushrooms until tender.

6Roll out patty shells.

7Place piece of tenderloin on pastry; top with onion and mushrooms.

8Wrap pastry around meat. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
