- 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 5 Tablespoons Sugar
- Butter To Brush On Top
- 12 ounces, fluid Beer, Light Or Dark - Any Brand
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl. Add a can or bottle of beer to the mix and stir it all together. It will be lumpy and sticky. Spoon it into a greased loaf pan and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I usually brush some butter on the top halfway through the cooking time.
