- 2-1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 can Beer (12 Oz.)
- 1/4 cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted

11. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 9x5 loaf baking pan.

22. In a bowl, mix self-rising flour, all purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until blended. Pour in beer, stir just until moistened. Transfer to loaf pan. Top with melted butter.

33. Bake 45-55 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
