Easy Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle beer
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar (ok to substitute with Splenda)
  • Butter to taste

Directions

    Grease loaf pan and preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix beer, flour and sugar just until blended (don't over mix or bread will be tough).

    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

    Remove from oven and spread butter over top.

    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
