Easy Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 1 bottle beer
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar (ok to substitute with Splenda)
- Butter to taste
Directions

1Grease loaf pan and preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix beer, flour and sugar just until blended (don't over mix or bread will be tough).

3Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

4Remove from oven and spread butter over top.

5Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

6Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
