- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. Bisquick (reduced fat, if desired)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk (low-fat, if desired)
- 1 qt. fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, peach slices, blueberries or cut-up red plums)
Directions

1Melt butter in bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Combine well Bisquick, sugar and milk.

3Pour mixture over butter in pan.

4Pour in fruit.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Serve topped with ice cream (Blue Bell makes a delicious fat-free vanilla).
