- 1 lb. roll sausage
- 8 eggs
- 10 c. cubed bread (Italian)
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can or 10 oz. frozen asparagus, drained and thawed
- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large skillet, brown sausage; drain.

2In large bowl, beat eggs.

3Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

4Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Cover; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°.

6Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
