Easy Breakfast Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slice bacon
  • 2 cup favorite cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup favorite shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Start by cooking your rice.

    Bring to boil and turn down to low until water has evaporated and rice is tender.

    While rice is cooking, cook your bacon.

    I like to cook mine in the oven, on 400 for about 10 mins or until crispy.

    Dry on paper towel and break into bite size pieces.

    Set aside.

    Scramble your eggs and season to your taste with salt and pepper.

    Set aside.

    Cook your breakfast sausage, crumble if needed and set aside.

    Combine rice, bacon, eggs, sausage and cheese in a large pot on medium heat.

    Mix well and season again with salt and pepper if needed.
