Easy Breakfast Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 6 slice bacon
- 2 cup favorite cooked breakfast sausage
- 1 cup favorite shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Start by cooking your rice.

2Bring to boil and turn down to low until water has evaporated and rice is tender.

3While rice is cooking, cook your bacon.

4I like to cook mine in the oven, on 400 for about 10 mins or until crispy.

5Dry on paper towel and break into bite size pieces.

6Set aside.

7Scramble your eggs and season to your taste with salt and pepper.

8Set aside.
-
9Cook your breakfast sausage, crumble if needed and set aside.

10Combine rice, bacon, eggs, sausage and cheese in a large pot on medium heat.

11Mix well and season again with salt and pepper if needed.
