  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 14 cup green onion, diced
  • 1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, diced
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 12 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 12 teaspoon seasoning salt

    Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.

    Beat eggs with half and half and salt.
