Easy Canned Green Beans

  • 1 gal. water
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. canning salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • about 1 gal. green beans, stemmed and cleaned

Directions

    Boil first four ingredients together for 5 minutes, then add the green beans.

    Heat to boiling again.

    Pack beans tightly in sterile jars.

    Cover with boiling water from beans.

    Seal tightly.
