- 1 gal. water
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 1 c. sugar
- about 1 gal. green beans, stemmed and cleaned
Directions

1Boil first four ingredients together for 5 minutes, then add the green beans.

2Heat to boiling again.

3Pack beans tightly in sterile jars.

4Cover with boiling water from beans.

5Seal tightly.
