Easy Carrot Cake

  • 1 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 c. finely shredded carrots
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Add cinnamon to cake mix.

    Beat salad dressing, cake mix, cinnamon, eggs and water at medium speed until well blended.

    Stir in shredded carrots and nuts.

    Mix well, but do not beat.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased and lightly floured. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven or until tested done when touched lightly with fingers.

    Cool completely before icing with your favorite icing.
