- 1 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 c. finely shredded carrots
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Add cinnamon to cake mix.

2Beat salad dressing, cake mix, cinnamon, eggs and water at medium speed until well blended.

3Stir in shredded carrots and nuts.

4Mix well, but do not beat.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased and lightly floured. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven or until tested done when touched lightly with fingers.

6Cool completely before icing with your favorite icing.
