  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 jars Jr. baby carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 heaping tsp. soda

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add sugar, oil and carrots.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to other mix.

    Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350°.
