- 2 jars Jr. baby carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 heaping tsp. soda
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar, oil and carrots.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add to other mix.

4Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350°.
