  • 1 flaky pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup(or 1/2 light&1/2 molasses)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 T melted butter
  • 4 t flour
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c cream

    mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust & bake @ 375 until set approx 30 min
