- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 4 slices regular low salt bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 small can Ortegas
Directions

1Fry bacon (cut into pieces) until crisp and brown.

2Drain bacon grease, then fry onion and rice until brown.

3Next add tomato sauce and Ortegas.

4Salt and pepper as you wish.

5Two cans water are added to the rice mixture with the tomato sauce.
